A:I do in fact Dubai is still one of the best places in the world but that doesn’t necessarily mean that every investment out here is good.
The market has been rising strongly for the past 5 years, and when markets move with such momentum breaking record after record entry price and strategy are everything.
Now, even with the recent events across the GCC, Dubai’s fundamentals remain very strong long term. However, investors need to make sure they are getting the right advice, because entry price and strategy are becoming even more crucial.
Before looking for investments with high returns, you need to shift your focus to risk management. Successful investment planning strategies aren’t just about how much money you can make—they are about understanding your downside, entry price, and having a clear exit strategy before you ever commit your capital. Always analyse your worst-case scenario first, because preserving your capital comes first, and making money comes second.
