A:I do in fact Dubai is still one of the best places in the world but that doesn’t necessarily mean that every investment out here is good.
The market has been rising strongly for the past 5 years, and when markets move with such momentum breaking record after record entry price and strategy are everything.
Now, even with the recent events across the GCC, Dubai’s fundamentals remain very strong long term. However, investors need to make sure they are getting the right advice, because entry price and strategy are becoming even more crucial.
